Vooggy technologies ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Datajar.io website (the "Service").

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Datajar Directory

Datajar business contact database includes an individual's name, title, company, work phone number, work email address, and work address that is listed in the Datajar.io Directory.

"Company Information" includes a company's name, address, Web site (URL), phone number, industry classification, employee range, revenue range that is listed in the Datajar.io Directory.

The "Datajar.io Directory" is the Company's database of Company Information and Business Contact Information. "Datajar.io Members" are individuals who register to use the Datajar.io Services and who add (and maintain) the records in our Directory.

Information Collected

The Company collects individually-identifiable information from individuals who visit the Company's Web site ("Web Site Visitors") and individuals who register to use the Datajar.io Services, including Datajar.io Members ("Customers"). Important note: registering to use the Datajar.io Services, or becoming a Datajar.io Member, does not automatically add your contact information to the Datajar.io Directory.

When expressing an interest in obtaining additional information about the Datajar.io Services or registering to use the Datajar.io Services, the Company may require you to provide the Company with contact information, such as name, company name, address, phone number, and email address ("Required Contact Information"). When purchasing the Datajar.io Services, the Company may require you to provide the Company with financial qualification and billing information, such as billing name and address, credit card number and the number of employees within the organization that will be using the Datajar.io Services ("Billing Information"). The Company may also ask you to provide, or otherwise allow you to share additional information, which you may choose to share in your registration for or use of the Datajar.io Services("Optional Information"). Required Contact Information, Billing Information, and Optional Information are referred to collectively as "Data About Customers."

As you navigate the Company's Web site or use the Datajar.io Services, the Company may also collect information through the use of commonly-used information-gathering tools, such as cookies and Web beacons ("Web Site Navigational Information"). Web Site Navigational Information includes standard information from your Web browser (such as browser type and browser language), your Internet Protocol ("IP") address, HTTP header information and the actions you take on the Company's Web site (such as the Web pages viewed and the links clicked).

Use of Information Collected

The Company may also use Data About Customers for marketing purposes. For example, the Company may use information you provide to contact you to further discuss your interest in the Datajar.io Services and to send you information regarding the Company, its affiliates and its partners, such as information about promotions or events.

The Company uses Billing Information solely to check the financial qualifications of Customers and to collect payment for the Datajar.io Services.

The Company uses Web Site Navigational Information to operate and improve the Company's Web sites. The Company may also use Web Site Navigational Information alone or in combination with Data About Customers to provide personalized information about the Company and the Datajar.io Services.

The Company may use both Data About Customers and Web Site Navigational Information to enforce the Company's Web site policies, to protect the Company's rights and intellectual property, or the rights of others using the Company's Web sites or the Datajar.io Services.

Web Site Navigational Information

The Company uses commonly-used information-gathering tools, such as cookies and Web beacons, to collect information from the computers or mobile devices of Datajar.io Members, Customers and Web Site Visitors as they navigate the Company's Web site, interact with emails sent by the Company or on its behalf, or use the Datajar.io Services ("Web Site Navigational Information"). This section describes the types of Web Site Navigational Information used on the Company's Web sites and in connection with the Datajar.io Services, and how this information may be used.

Cookies

The Company uses cookies and JavaScript to make interactions with the Company's Web site easy and meaningful. When you visit the Company's Web site, or use the Datajar.io Services online, the Company's servers or an authorized third party may send a cookie to your computer. Cookies allow the Company to track overall Web Site usage, determine areas that Visitors prefer, and to make your visit to the Company's Web site easier by recognizing you and providing you with a customized experience. Standing alone, cookies do not personally identify you; they merely recognize your Web browser. The Company uses cookies that are session-based and persistent-based. Session cookies exist only during one session, i.e., only while you are reading or navigating the Company's Web Site. They disappear from your computer when you close your browser software or turn off your computer. Persistent cookies remain on your computer after you close your browser or turn off your computer. Please note that if you disable your Web browser's ability to accept cookies, you will be able to navigate the Company's Web site, but the functionality and features of the Company's Web site and Datajar.io Services may be affected, and you may not be able to successfully use the Company's Web site and Datajar.io Services. Cookies that are used as part of the Datajar.io Services (in the proxy) may include cookies of a third party Web site that is being co-browsed, for example, in order to deliver the Web site as intended by the third party Web site operator. The cookie practices of such Web sites are governed by their own respective privacy statements. The Company encourages you to review the privacy statements of other Web sites to understand their information practices.

Customers and Web Site Visitors may elect to use the Company's referral program to inform friends about the Company's Web sites and the Datajar.io Services. When using the referral program, the Company requests the friend's name and email address. The Company will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the Company's Web site, or will share with them via email the information you have requested to be shared. The Company does not store this information.

The Company may post a list of customers and testimonials on the Company's Web site that contain information such as names and titles of customer personnel. The Company obtains the consent of each customer prior to posting any information on such a list or posting testimonials.

Sharing of Information Collected

Service Providers

The Company may share Data About Customers with the Company's contracted service providers, such as payment processors, so that these service providers can provide services on the Company's behalf. The Company may also share Data About Customers with the Company's service providers to ensure the quality of information provided. Unless described in this Privacy Statement, the Company does not share, sell, rent, or trade Data About Customers with third parties for their promotional purposes.

Business Partners

From time to time, the Company may partner with other companies to jointly offer products or services. If you purchase or specifically express interest in a jointly-offered product or service from the Company, the Company may share Data About Customers collected in connection with your purchase or expression of interest with our joint promotion partner(s). The Company does not control its business partners' use of the Data About Customers, and their use of the information will be in accordance with their own privacy policies. If you do not wish for your information to be shared in this manner, you may opt not to purchase or specifically express interest in a jointly offered product or service.

Third Parties

This Privacy Statement sets forth the information Datajar.io collects on the Company's Web sites and the information we share with third parties. Datajar.io does not authorize the collection of personal information by third parties through advertising technologies deployed on the Company's Web sites, nor do we share personal information with any third parties collected from the Company's Web sites, except as provided in this Privacy Statement.

Billing

The Company may use a third-party service provider to manage credit card processing. This service provider is not permitted to store, retain, or use Billing Information except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on the Company's behalf.

Compelled Disclosure

The Company reserves the right to use or disclose information provided if required by law or if the Company reasonably believes that use or disclosure is necessary to protect the Company's rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.

International Transfer of Information Collected

To facilitate the Company's global operations, the Company may transfer and access Data About Customers from around the world, including the United States. This Datajar.io Member and Web Site Visitor Privacy Statement shall apply even if the Company transfers Data About Customers to other countries.

For European visitors to the Company's Web site and users of the Datajar.io Services, please note that in order to provide the information or services requested, your personal information may be transferred outside of the European Economic Area ("EEA"). By visiting the Company's Web site or using the Datajar.io Services, you agree to the Company transferring your personally identifiable information outside the EEA.

Communications Preferences

The Company offers Datajar.io Members, Customers and Web Site Visitors who provide contact information a means to choose how the Company uses the information provided. Members and Customers may manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by visiting the "Edit Profile" section of the Company's Web site, or you may click on the "unsubscribe" link located on the bottom of the Company's marketing emails. Additionally, you may send a request specifying your communications preferences to Datajar.io Support. Individuals cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails related to their business relationship with the Company.

Correcting and Updating Your Information

Members and Customers may access or update their registration information using the "Edit Profile" area of the Company's Web site. Members and Customers may also submit such requests to Datajar.io Support. To update Billing Information or have your registration information deleted, please contact Datajar.io Support. To discontinue your account, please contact Datajar.io Support. Requests to access, change, or delete your information will be handled within 30 days.

Customer Data

As part of using the Datajar.io Services, Customers may submit electronic data or information to the Datajar.io Services ("Customer Data"). Any uses of Customer Data by the Company are done so pursuant to the Company's Terms of Service or a subscription agreement in place between the Company and the relevant Customer, which exclusively govern the Company's treatment of Customer Data and supersedes this Privacy Statement in case of conflict, or as may be required by law.

When you authorize us to access your Google account, Google may present you with a screen asking for authorization for us to access and view information in your contacts services and read your emails. If you authorize us to access your contacts and email services, we may access, collect and receive information without further action from you, and we will continue to do so until you revoke our access to your contacts service. The information we access may include any information in your contacts service. The information we collect from your contacts includes but not limited to name, title, email, phone number, social handles (all, collectively "Contact Data"). The information we collect from your email services include the email addresses from which you receive emails and to which you send emails, email signatures and store them as part of our "Contact Data". We never store or read your email content. As part of our services and offerings, we may share the "Contact Data" information with users of our services or with our business partners. However, we never identify you as the source of the contact data.

When you use one of our CRM integrations to export leads, we periodically access the historical data from your application to recommend you with a list of similar accounts and leads/contacts. The information we access may include accounts, leads and contacts. We will never contact any of your leads and contacts.

Security

The Company takes precautions, including appropriate administrative, technical and physical measures, to protect Data About Customers against loss, theft and misuse, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. When we collect or transmit credit card numbers, we use industry standard methods to protect such information. Customers are solely responsible for protecting their passwords, limiting access to their computers, and signing out of the Datajar.io Services after their sessions.

Datajar.io Business Contact Directory Privacy Statement

This Datajar.io Business Contact Privacy Statement describes the Company's privacy practices for Business Contact Information listed in the Datajar.io Directory, and other business contact information which may be provided through the Datajar.io Services.

Description of the Datajar.io Directory and Services

The purpose of the Datajar.io Directory and Services is to maintain and provide up-to-date business contact information. The Datajar.io Directory contains Business Contact Information and Company Information from a variety of sources. Most Datajar.io Directory information comes Datajar Datajar.io Members. However, individuals may add their own Business Contact Information to the Datajar.io Directory, and the Company may supplement the Datajar.io Directory with publicly available information or with information from trusted data providers who are legally authorized to provide such information. Social Identifications, which may be included in the Business Contact Information or otherwise provided through the Datajar.io Services, are currently only available for individuals identified as being located in the United States.

The Company notifies individuals when their Business Contact Information is added for the first time to the Datajar.io Directory via email to permit them the opportunity to opt out of being listed in the Datajar.io Directory. Also, at any time, individuals can check to see if they are listed in the Datajar.io Directory by contacting on "Datajar support"

Definitions Relating to the Datajar.io Directory

"Business Contact Information" means any of the following information identified as relating to, or used in connection with, an individual's business or profession: an individual's name, title, company, work phone number, work email address and work address; and (i) publicly available Social Identifications; and/or (ii) supplementary information that may provide context regarding the individual's business or profession such as business role and responsibility designations (e.g. "Product Management", "Business Development"), that is listed in the Datajar.io Directory and/or otherwise made available through the Datajar.io Services.

"Company Information" means information relating to a company, which may include a company's name, address, Web site (URL), phone number, industry classification, employee range, revenue range, stock exchange and ticker symbol information (for publicly traded companies), news and other publications, that is listed in the Datajar.io Directory and/or otherwise made available through the Datajar.io Services.

The "Datajar.io Directory" is the Company's database of Company Information and Business Contact Information.

"Datajar.io Members" are individuals who register to use the Datajar.io Services and add (and maintain) the records in the Datajar.io Directory.

Social Identifications are social handles or unique identifiers used to identify an individual's online activities on social media channels.

Collection of Business Contact Information & Company Information

The Datajar.io Directory contains Business Contact Information and Company Information which may be obtained from various sources, including Datajar.io Members, the individual's themselves, third party data providers, and/or publicly available sources. Non-business information, such as home phone numbers and addresses are not permitted in the Datajar.io Directory. Important note: signing up as a Datajar.io Member or a Customer does not automatically add your data to the Datajar.io Directory.

Access

At any time, individuals may see if their Business Contact Information is listed in the Datajar.io Directory by contacting Datajar.io Support. Additionally, individuals may update or request the removal of their Business Contact Information by contacting Datajar.io Support.

Security

The Company uses reasonable security controls to protect Business Contact Information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.

Data Integrity

The Company limits Business Contact Information available in the Datajar.io Directory to information typically found on a business card, including name, title, company, work phone number, work email address, work address and Social Identifications, as well as supplementary information that may provide context regarding the individual's business or profession such as business role and responsibility designations (e.g. "Product Management", "Business Development"). Non-business information, such as home phone numbers and addresses are not permitted in the Datajar.io Directory

Changes to this Privacy Statement

The Company reserves the right to change this Datajar.io Member and Web Site Visitor Privacy Statement and the Datajar.io Business Contact Privacy Statement.
